SciQuest, or SciQuest-authorized service providers, may observe your activities, preferences and transactional data relating to your use of our website(s). This information is also used to display SciQuest employment opportunities to you if you have visited our careers page. The information collected is only linked to an anonymous cookie ID (alphanumeric number); it does not include any information that could be linked back to a particular person, such as their name, address or credit card number. The information used for targeted advertising either comes from SciQuest or through third party website publishers.

With respect to the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework, SciQuest has further committed to refer unresolved privacy complaints under the EU-US Privacy Shield Principles to BBB EU PRIVACY SHIELD, a non-profit alternative dispute resolution provider located in the United States and operated by the Council of Better Business Bureaus. If you do not receive timely acknowledgment of your complaint, or if your complaint is not satisfactorily addressed, please visit www.bbb.org/EU-privacy-shield/for-eu-consumers for more information and to file a complaint. Additionally, in accordance with the EU-US Privacy Shield, an individual may under certain conditions, invoke binding arbitration.
With respect to the US-Swiss Safe Harbor Principles, SciQuest has further committed to refer unresolved privacy complaints under the US-Swiss Safe Harbor Principles to an independent dispute resolution mechanism, the BBB EU SAFE HARBOR, operated by the Council of Better Business Bureaus. As a result of SciQuest’s adherence to the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework, SciQuest is subject to the investigatory and enforcement powers of the Federal Trade Commission.
In cases of onward transfer to third parties of data of EU individuals received pursuant to the EU-US Privacy Shield, SciQuest is potentially liable.
