Registration fee for each attendee is $650 until November 30, 2008. There is no limit to the number of attendees per organization.

Registration fee for suppliers and partners is $895 until November 30, 2008.
Each supplier and partner is limited to 1 attendee per company, or 2 with sponsorship opportunities.

Payments can be made via MasterCard, Visa, American Express, company check or wire transfer.

Cancellation policy:
before 11/30:	$No fee
12/1 - 12/31:	$100 fee
1/1 - 1/15:	$200 fee
after 1/15:	no refund
