In her role, Grover will oversee SciQuest’s operational marketing activities and is responsible for further developing corporate brand awareness. She joins SciQuest from The Training Network, a Durham, N.C.-based provider of products to meet workplace safety and human resource training needs, where she was vice president of Marketing and Sales. While at The Training Network, Grover’s e-commerce strategy, incorporating a redesigned, award-winning Web site, doubled company sales in just two years, with a current annual growth rate still exceeding 60 percent.
Grover’s experience spans two decades incorporating the launch of start-ups, including NxView Technologies and Interpath Communications, as well as further developing brands and building out product lines for established organizations such as AchieveGlobal. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Sacred Heart University and an M.B.A. with honors from the University’s John F. Welch College of Business.
With more than 15 years of marketing experience garnered at both public and private organizations, Rose will play a key role in developing and managing SciQuest’s product strategy, including market assessments, competitive analyses and the launch of new products. His responsibilities also include building relationships with industry analysts and technical alliance partners. Rose joins SciQuest from Hill-Rom where he was director of Product Marketing for the company’s Workflow Solutions group. In this role, he spearheaded strategic product marketing and business development plans, resulting in strong product reseller partnerships and significant year-over-year revenue growth.
Previously, Rose held management positions at TriVirix, Diamond Management & Technology Consultants, and Air Products and Chemicals, providing strategic counsel and improving revenue performance at each organization. He holds a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and an M.B.A. from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
