RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, N.C., March 14, 2006 - SciQuest, Inc., a leading provider of on-demand supplier management and procurement automation solutions, announced today the addition of Eric Zoetmulder as Director of Supplier Enablement. In his new role, Eric will lead the Supplier Enablement services team responsible for connecting customers and suppliers inside the SciQuest Supplier Network (SQSN). His responsibilities will also include the management and continued expansion of the supplier content offerings and integration capabilities of the SQSN.

"Eric has invaluable experience in developing and leading professional services teams with Fortune 500 companies," said Steve Wiehe, president and CEO of SciQuest. "We are pleased to be able to leverage his understanding of technology strategies and business process improvement knowledge, especially in the life sciences market."

Prior to joining SciQuest, Eric was the senior director of information systems and editorial processes for Thomson - Dialog, an online publishing company based in Cary, NC.
