SciQuest and Digi-Trax Partner to Offer Barcode Capability to Enhance Materials Management Software

Research Triangle Park, N.C., May 24, 2005 - SciQuest, Inc., a leading provider of on-demand supplier management and e-procurement solutions announced today that they have formed a non-exclusive partnership with Digi-Trax Corporation, a provider of innovative solutions for the barcode automation industry. The partnership will allow organizations to easily integrate Digi-Trax barcode systems with SciQuest's procurement automation and materials management solutions.
