SciQuest Executive to Present at Annual SunGard SCT Conference

Research Triangle Park, N.C., February 15, 2005 - SciQuest Inc. announced today that Dorrian Porter, vice president of Higher Education, will be presenting at the upcoming 2005 SunGard SCT Conference in Honolulu, Hawaii. The event will take place March 6-9 and will bring together university administrators to share their expertise with peers and learn about best practices in higher education.

In his presentation titled Change Management: A Top Down Approach is Key to a Successful Procurement Initiative , SciQuest executive Dorrian Porter will provide institutions with an in-depth look at the benefits associated with e-procurement implementations. The presentation will highlight how the collective purchasing power of a university system is well recognized, but poorly implemented and discuss the advantages associated with using technology as the foundation to influence spending patterns.
