Bloomberg: New Mexico implements SciQuest for paperless procurement

Bloomberg Businessweek covered news  that New Mexico’s State Purchasing Division is switching to a “paperless” procurement system to allow vendors to electronically submit bids for government contracts. The state estimates it will save about $2 million over the next three years using SciQuest’s system.
